I'd also add that those are some low-rise jeans...
It might sound odd, but try it on without those jeans to see where it fits your body (no need to show us). The rise of your jeans might change over the lifetime of the jacket. The jacket should fit you, not your pants.
That's what i wanted to say too, but i feel like an old man telling people to raise their jeans...
IMO if your jeans had 1" extra in rise the bottom of the zip would reach the top of your belt, which is IMO exactly where you want the zipper to finish.
Making the jacket longer doesn't really achieve the same thing... I agree that the jacket looks short with these jeans, but it looks perfect on your body.
If you add length in the body all you are going to achieve is more crumpling in the back, and the jacket will cover the top of your pockets, which i find annoying.
I wouldn't add to the sleeves, they are perfect as they are and they don't shorten unless they are too long in the first place.
