    What are you wearing today??

What I wore two weekends ago on a trip to New Jersey with my friends. Going for a casual '20s look. The train I'm sitting in is a coach from 1902 that belongs to the New Jersey Museum of Transportation in Farmingdale New Jersey.

    40's Navy Peacoat Size 38

    The 6 button Peacoat is a post-WWII design, so it's possible it's from 1946-1949.

    Show off the sports coats.

That's interesting. I imagine the main way to tell the difference would be to see if the buttonhole is functional.

    Show off the sports coats.

That's an interesting jacket. I thought the double breasted jackets with 1 lapel hole didn't show up until the '80s.

    Show off the sports coats.

A very decently made '60s does '30s jacket. It has the post-'62 Union Label in it. At first I was dismayed because it seemed too big, but then I realized at some point the previous owner had the buttons moved inwards for more room. Using the interior button I was able to see where the buttons...

    The Artist

I saw it at the Paris Theater on Wednesday and absolutely loved it! I hope they consider making more films like this. I'd love a silent picture depicting a Fleischer-esque cartoon studio!

The pose and facial expression reminds me of Hans Conried.

    Union Labels

Is that jacket dated 1981? Or is that the serial code, because I thought that style of union label was last used in 1968.
