That's sad, Lizzie. I hope there are a few beautiful trees in the mix. Sometimes there is that perfectly formed, perfectly balanced brilliant tree that makes all autumn in a single viewing.
I love this time of year in New England. My office is in Lexington and Lexington is lovely right now. I love walking through the woods with a canopy of color filtering the coppery edges of light with the crunching of leaves underfoot.
OK, we can disagree without the personal attacks and there will be quite enough of that posted here. In other words, no more contention or it will get deleted. Debate points not people or personalities.

Has everyone seen this little bit tacked onto the end of Season Three? I tripped over this on YouTube and thought I'd share.
Ink comes out of nib and gets on cap and element. Ink gets on shaft when posted, ink gets on hand from element and again from shaft. FP makes mess. I have had this issue with Esterbrook, Cross, and Waterman; pens that cost $40 to $400.
Never an issue with Scheaffer and Cartier, for whatever...

Allen Edmunds is discontinuing their spectators for $120. I ran into a Doctor on Newbury Street in Boston who advised me of same. I ended up buying a pair of walnut Wingtips also on sale. [huh]
I just started a new job with a new bank and this is the first time I have been able to take my Vespa to work. The ride is 8 miles from Cambridge to Lexington, but it's down a single road and is very easy. I really enjoy the fresh air!
