I had a Thedi version and while the patch pockets look really cool, they are indeed pretty useless. Half a pair of gloves fit while the other half flops out, and I would just use mine for car keys and even then with my small hands, found it hard to dig anything out. A 2nd Thedi shawl variation...
Nick I love Vans but I have to say that is total brand commitment right there. I sure hope they gave you some free pairs after that one. I wish they were still made in the USA. They are not the same quality they used to be since they stopped making them in the USA back in the late 90's. Mine...
I like it also. Next time you feel the urge to splurge, order one up. Seriously.
You can pull it off.
It may even be cool with suede instead of smooth leather.
@dudewuttheheck why are you not that pleased with the waxed flesh on the Wesco's? I ask because I have a pair of Wesco boots ordered in burgundy waxed. Just curious as I have never seen the waxed flesh in person and just kind of winged it.

This is my grandfather's old hat which has been kicking around since he died in the early 80's.
Is anyone able to confirm the date? I am thinking late 1950s to mid 1960s.
Also, what are these worth and is it worthwhile for me to get it cleaned and...
@Robbie79 that is a cool jacket. The front pocket detail is fantastic and I really like the colour you chose for the lining.
Let's see a photograph of the back.
It was the Double Helix I was asking about. Nice jacket.
I tried that jacket on before and I had to bump up to a 42 also. I have the same Rainbow Country jacket as you but in brown and a 40 fits me fine but just a hair on the large side.
Too bad I just bought a Freewheelers Switchyard or I'd...
