I'm a bound-edge lover, but we all have our passions. The under or over welt, as Kao indicates, will be functionally advantageous with the light weight felt if you don't want the ribbon binding. Different Fedora styles?
I have to agree with Torpedo and Stan. #4 is a bucket hat, I think. The others all pass the minimum stats for a Fedora. Like a "tuxedo" a Fedora can be made in many styles. "Trilby" is a British term, I believe, which originally referred to a stingy brim hat with fedora crown, as opposed...- Not-Bogart13

Borsalino Film
I have to say, I like the Film... and the Venezia. As Borso's go, the Film is the first to really grab my eye enough to be tempted, especially since I don't have a light gray hat right now. Yeah, hear you. But a deerstalker would never work in a serious Holmes film today. I was expecting a bowler, but I see why they did what they did. I don't know how much it rains out there, but I'm guessing that winter doesn't get cold enough for really heavy coats. Hats of other colors than black, gray or brown/tan?
I like the Teal, Levallois! I have one green hat... kind of a sage color. I wear it a lot more than I expected (and yet, not one one photo). I also used to own a powder blue Open Road, which I miss. I out grew it. At this point, I'm seriously thinking about more greens and a new blue.- Not-Bogart13

Has anyone ever had a bespoke fedora made from Baron hats?
Swatches are always helpful. Ask other prospective hatters, as well. Most will gladly send them, some will want them back. To my eye, though, it looks likes a color I have found often.
