That's what I call the color and I believe the hat to be a Strat' but it could be some other maker's clone. Here's the thing: I bought it in an already refurbished state (see photos below) but that service had obviously been done years ago. I think "JayBee" was a brand name for John B. Memory foam pillows
I'm all ears too! Except for "mouth splint" and "yoga", Paisley's story reads just like my own. I have found some relief from using one of the foam (not memory, just foam) pillows with that convex shape to it to support the neck and keep the head in a neutral position when on my side or back...- HarpPlayerGene

I think you are right about the ribbon and probably correct in your observations about the crown proportions. As far as the crease, that can be adjusted in a variety of ways by anyone who purchases the hat.
