I left my hat on top of a table display while I went through the chow line at my niece's wedding. I guess the professional photog thought enough of it to take some pics, too. She said, "oooh, I just have to get some shots of that!"
I recall losing an auction for a Caxton about a year ago. At the time I was astounded at the price it sold for... now I see why and wish I had bid more on the one that got away. Very nice hat!
I wonder if your bow treatment is similar to mine. It almost looks like an OR or Strat clone, but has no markings on the sweat saying so... and the felt is fabulous. I can crease it anyway I want, Catleman, Diamond, but I'm going with the rumply c-crease the hat seems to like the best.

Thanks to a tip from a FL member and enabler @Michael R. I snagged this interesting Royal Stetson. I haven't noticed a two-tone back bow like this before.
Got Lil'Fed off to camp. She's one of the youth leaders this year.... that's right, The Big Time! We got her a cheapy straw (actual straw, not paper straw or a paper straw/poly blend) at the local farm store (Wilco out this way) so she can block some of the sun this week without worrying about...

I just need to decide whether I go for a Frayed Tankersly with the twisted knot, or a double bow/double highlight Rodolfo. Dark Moss is the...
Baku, Parabuntal, Balibuntal... I actually have a similar tube at the post office now. Going to pick it up tomorrow morning... not sure, but your weave looks different than the weave style on mine.
Thanks, Jeremy! You and the lovely wife look fabulous!
I got nice comments on the hat, but total raves on my Allen Edmonds 1776 red, white and blue specs. Mother of the groom, especially.
