So I snagged a toast, vented OR this afternoon---> ...nice, eh? Well the seller didn't ID it as Panama or shangtung, so I go looking for photos of the shangtung (less desirable imo) and find these; and as you can see the hat is clearly labeled 'shangtung'... but the interior of my purchase...- Rick Blaine

I was asked why I thought so highly of The Shady Oak from Peter Bros. I have a 100 w/ a full brim 3 1/8". I got what I reckon to be a pretty nice body, a forty. maybe sixty years old?. At this age, it is not a CB hat. It's a soft, malleable, 4" brim Western Dress hat. Far lighter and tighter...- Rick Blaine
