Again, maybe it's just the people I know, but IME, strong men and women tend to get on with it instead of looking for a shoulder to cry on. If I were married, I don't know what I'd go to my husband in a tizzy about.
Strength isn't so much as a predisposition as the result of long experience...
IME, it depends on the woman. My friend Opal in particular is very independent--she raised two of her kids mostly by herself. According to her, she and her second husband didn't lean on each other much.
My mom's eyebrows are sparse with just a few long hairs here and there, so just shaving them off is better for her.
I can see how drawing eyebrows a bit too high might make a person look surprised.
My dry skin mostly went away when I changed my diet. Nonetheless, I still get dry skin now and then.
First, I exfoliate with something like Queen Helene Oatmeal & Honey Scrub. I'm sure you could use this in the shower on your scalp. Then I use a moisturizer like Burt's Bees Healthy Healing...

Let's count the ways:
Danno, who is a devoted father and totally blameless in the breakup of his marriage and whose ex is a shrew.
Hot chick who loves football, undresses in one episode and snogs Danno.

When I was in high school and junior high, people would brag about getting so drunk they got sick or couldn't stand up. I was in the just-doesn't-get-it group.
I belong to a wine club now, and nobody--nobody--gets drunk at our soirees. We're part of the we've-got-a-life group.
City driving and country driving can certainly be different. Years ago when some cousins from Wyoming visited, they saw a wide-open lane and took it. By their own account, it turned out to be a sidewalk.
So yes, I can see how a sidewalk in certain places could be a hindrance.
I'm surprised that in an age of hyper-safety, people don't demand sidewalks set back from the street. The hellstrip, as we call it here, is a nice buffer between pedestrians and traffic, and between creeps in cars and the people they would harm.
OT: I've never understood why paper plates are supposed to be sooo much easier than real plates. How is it easier to go to the store, buy paper plates (or paper cups or napkins or plastic utensils), use them once, throw them away, and haul the trash to the alley, than it is to get out the real...
Yes to discreet voices! I really like my coworkers, but they have two volumes: loud and louder. Sometimes I have to find an empty office to do my proofreading.
As for dancing, hobbies, evening walks, etc., what's to stop most people from just going out and doing these things?
I'm planning to go to a benefit. It'll benefit homeless youth, and I don't have to see relatives.
I may invite my neighbor over for low-carb pumpkin pie later.
I found it delightful. (Not that that should be standard operating procedure in real life.)
Readers (outside of Canada) may see the episode and judge for themselves:

Ms. Bara seems to have inspired Ryuk the shinigami, or death god. Check out the earring, eye makeup and dark lipstick:

There's an essay on time travel that deals with tensed vs. tenseless views of time. It's too complicated to summarize here--you can read it in Harry Potter and Philosophy, p. 192.
I won't say time travel is impossible, only that the simplest explanation for something is usually the correct one.
Shortly before I quit my last job, I was hoping the nutjob I worked with would, at worst, throw a stapler instead of something heavy like a three-hole-punch at me. :fing28:
