My Aero Board Racer does that on one side. The crease initially started forming due to the chest pocket. It started forming around it, and now runs the full length vertically. I feel your pain, it sucks. I don't like it either, but what can you do.

I would have advised the guy that if he loves everything else about the jacket to just wear it. The shedding and itchiness would calm down over time and use. But nope, the guy made with the hairbrained "treatments" before I got to the end of reading the thread :oops:

I wear a 42 in their Premiere jackets, but a 38 in a standard highwayman. Sizing down in that style works great as long as you can spec the sleeve and back lengths
