No Front Pinch
I definitely agree, and wonder why it's so automatic. Maybe the pinch is evidence of someone who puts on and takes off a hat by grabbing it by the crown, without much care (as we all know we're not supposed to do). Lack of pinch puts me in mind of someone with gloves on who is careful to put on... -

Was your vision affected? Opthalmic migraines have similar symptoms with tunnel vision, no pain, nothing really dangerous happening, but it takes a battery of tests to rule out the scarier stuff - good luck.... -
