Panama from David Morgan Nothing really impressive, just a $65 Panama hat from David Morgan. I got a XXL and it almost feels too big, but that's probably because I'm used to having to wear hats a little snug out of sheer necessity.- Mr E Train

After several hours on the hat jack, the hat is noticeably more comfortable. Not there yet, but getting there. A couple of days of incremental stretching ought to do it.
