    Thanks, 1000x worth a try! My method was a stumble upon Just tried and indeed it is less steps. What I lost in that method was the graphic layout of the site, the black background etc, which I find appealing. Perhaps there is a way to get the best of both worlds?

    Maybe 60's stingy, 2" brim with open crown at 5.5". Replaced 2" ribbon with Tibetan beads, skulls carved from bone. Not for the purists, I guess, apologies. Actually, no apologies.
