Borat - Sacha Baron Cohen
Sacha Baron Cohen I can only cope with in short sketches, but I am not really that amused by Borat at all.
His famous "comedy" programmes in the UK were supposed to poke fun out of certain members of the community, who dressed in labelled sportswear and talked in this...
A fascinating article, that just adds more to the mystery of their disappearance. As time goes by any evidence that could be circumstancial must have been eroded away to none existent, likewise direct evidence has probably vanished too in years of weathering. It would be nice to learn the...
Slightly :offtopic: but the new series of Dr Who started tonight here in UK, and we were treated to the Judoons. A new monster/robot. Not an ideal model to have cleaning your house. Programme was as good as ever.
That's true about the tonic. Just don't get a hang over with G & T, even if drunk to a little over excess, but stick with the drink. Don't ever mix with beer or wine:eek:
At home it's got to be a G & T, preferably Bombay Sapphire, with a twist of lime. The only exception to that is a Mai Tai, when holidaying in some warm tropical country.
For myself it's just plain old cuff links, a gold ring, and a watch which I can't go out without, as it is like leaving the house without an important essential piece of clothing, you just feel undressed without one, and look foolish contstantly looking at your wrist all day long.
Welcome Sean. I too need a good suit bag. All I can say is cheap ones rip and tear after only being used a couple of times, so any savings made are short lived. I would have thought a decent quality bag with less plastic and more material/fabric to it would be a must. Not being in the US I can't...
I'd go along with the 2 buttons. Three buttons really have to be correctly placed and the suit cut right and does generally only work on a taller person. i.e. 6 ft or more.
The Korean Robot
That would just freak me out if I came in late one night and it (she?) was walking around the house. Would be happier watching her (it) on Dr Who!
An amazing story on the BBC breakfast TV in UK this morning. Can any F.L's dogs do anything like this?
CALVERT, Md. (AP) Toby, a 2-year-old golden retriever, saw his owner choking on a piece of fruit and began jumping up and down on the woman's chest. The dog's owner believes the dog was...
I forget which programme she was being interviewed on for UK TV, about her appearance in "Dancing with the stars". She actually made a point of saying that it would probably make everyone laugh if her leg flew off, during a high kick in a dance routine. At least she finds it amusing, but as you...
