    Thanks, it pulls over. I did the big boob fix which is what I do to most RTW shirts that button up all the way but gape in the middle. Just sew up the offending buttons and leave the rest free, that way it still goes over my head. Lauren - Great dress! I'm really loving those shoes.

    I guess this counts as a wearable muslin. It's vintage Simplicity 2575 and its the bolero jacket. I lengthed it to make it a shirt. The only problem I ran into was that it gaped a bit at the bust (which is always a problem for me) but it didn't gape that much so my duct tape dummy did help...

    Thanks for the details! I'll have to give that a try. Grey streaks are fabulous. If I were you I'd go to the hairdressers to see what she could do. Since your hair is so short it shouldn't be too hard to get it done and to me that would be much better than waiting. But I'm impaitient. :)

    Oh please do. I love seeing all the short hair inspiration. I get discouraged most days because I just don't know what to do with it! I've gotten rollers in my hair but not pincurls. Maybe mine's shorter than yours though (About 2 1/2 in. all over). The pincurl ends just don't tuck under.
