Here's little old me, yesterday. Please excuse the photo quality, I was trying out the self-timer on my new camera.
I bought one of my modern pairs from Glasses Direct who do two particularly nice frames, named "winston" and "pennys".
Whilst not being true vintage per se, they do have the benefit of coming with prescription lenses etc rather than having to go through the hassle of having lenses placed in...
And there's always a person who brings up past points which have dicussed and then left behind...:rolleyes:
Especially when the original "note" (take note of that word...) was made in a light-hearted, friendly decent manner. Too bad that aspect of character didn't rub off onto your online...
I can certainly see the resemblance!
Incidentally, I seem to be getting Henry Hall quite often. I've had it before but there wasn't much of a resemblance, but over time the resemblance seems to grow and grow. I can't really complain although I wish that I had some of his musical talent haha!

It's a good question really, but hatless was more than common for those of my background and age during the time. I'm a student and from studying the various photo archives of UK organisations, this does seem very prevalent during the period of my particular interest...
