    Body Drama

It's about all those body-things you're worried no one else has, or worries about. Pains, lumps, normal=strange, it's all in there, debunking myths that the media presents us girls.

    Perry Como Fans

:eusa_clap :D Don't you just love it when Levy sings while laying on the floor, just tapping his finger? Classic. I was tempted to post that as well!

Where did your user name come from??

My user name is a play-on-words of the novel Suite Francaise that my friend did inadvertently. I liked it, anyway! :)

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

I'm watching a movie (not very good, far too much operatic singing and not enough plot) called That Midnight Kiss, and there is one character actor who catches my eye: Jules Munshin. I've admired him since I was little and saw Easter Parade--he's the waiter for Astaire and Garland who does the...

    What Movie Haven't You Seen?

This is like a list of shame! lol I have yet to watch Citizen Kane all the way through (I've just caught bits on tv). The second Godfather I have yet to watch as well. There are a few cult favorites I have yet to watch as well, like Fargo. I know there's a lot more, but I'm a bit foggy at the...

    Music from Heaven

Jeff Buckley's "Mojo Pin" on Mystery White Boy may be the closest I'll ever get. He sings what I feel, what I hide.

    Astaire vs Kelly?

I'd have to agree with your mom! lol I never liked Astaire, he'd be the one element in my favorite movies that threw them off. Sure, I admire his dancing style, he was truly gifted, but the man himself is a bit weasely, sneaky, advantageous. Kelly though--wow, what a man. So genuine and kind...

    The Hors D'oevres Thread

Nah, not really. No potatoes, or gravy, or any of that wonderful stuff that goes into the pie. Just a creamy, cheesy, warm dip. :D

    The Hors D'oevres Thread

I'm a big fan of a yearly treat that a family friend makes every year--she calls it Shepherd's Dip. She makes it with cream cheese, chipped beef...I don't know what else, but it's YUMMY and you serve it in a bread bowl. Sigh. Also a big fan of cheese and cracker plates. CHEESE.
