Sizing These hat jacks will fit a 7 1/2 size hat. I unscrewed one of them and it went to just over 10 inches (end to end) before it came unthreaded. Fully collapsed it fits a 6 7/8 that I have with a little room to spare. The wood even has a bit of taper built in. I use them regularly... -
