    That's not dark at all! That really helped a lot. Do you think chestnut would be dark brown, without too much of a red tint? (I have a aero phwmn in russet vincenza, so I don't want something too close in colour.)

    Maybe. But as a liner that doesn't matter much. It a dense fabric, no pile to speak and so it doesn't trap much heat. My lining is a 14 oz. fabric and it seems to be less warm than the lightweight lochcarron tartan in my aero jacket.

    Full pigment is no option for me. I haven't seen the brown one in the flesh but I find the blue iteration a bit bland, no luster and depth. I will have to wait until they find a adequate replacement. The brown cow is lovely and I prefer the tone of brown over the shinki but it is a teacore hide.

    Yes, it's not in mine though : not enough cloth left. But I got nice white corduroy-like lining instead.

    Some slightly better cell phone pictures of my new jacket: Panel lining 27 inch back (should have been 26.75, so spot on!) Some funky dance move (timer setting related problem, no spasm) Ordered urad to fill the small spot to put my ocd to rest. Love all

    That's me you are portraying here. I ordered on Jan. 22, 2022 and as per the last email I am lucky to recieve the jacket in mid to late april. I paid the full price as requested on Jan. 19, 2023 :/ Edit: By mid april I should get my second jacket.
