    Together with a box 7.1 lbs, so the jacket itself should sit somewhere between 6.5 lbs to 6.9 lbs, considering its a standard 38. The leather surpasses Aero's heavy CXL easily in terms of thickness, but not as dense, and has a soft hand, very pliable.

    Right? I know it! And I get it when you say it looks like Buffalo, but based on my limited experience, I’ve never handled any buffalo hide in this level of thickness and heaviness. If dinosaurs were still around I would vote for dinosaurs, but a rational guess would still be horse or cow.
