    I believe he’s talking about repro #5 crown spring loaded zipper, which is what op’s jacket uses. Although I don’t have issue with mine yet, from what I heard they’re indeed somewhat fragile, definitely not on par with your NOS #10 ones.

    The jacket first tapers down to the waist, then widens up a little towards the bottom hem. At the most tapered point measurement is 18.25’’, and the hem measurement is just over 18.75’’.

    Thanks for the info. However, same label & double collar snaps doesn’t mean the same jacket. I’ve owned this one for five years, and I’ve seen other jackets with the same configuration. It has indeed, been my wardrobe queen though, just without floating around lol.
