    Next up is my WPG Wolseley that just arrived just hours ago. As I suspected it is a tad on the snug side. But, the sweatband is leather, and backed with some sort of fiber board and felt. It is very easy to remove, and so were the foam spacers. I think a bit of snipping of the fiber board...

    Thanks for the heads-up on the sweatband Baggers. I do have a spare leather sweatband floating around that I can use to replace WPG's if necessary. Plus I have access to a local hatter if I ask real nice like I'm sure he could help me out in properly cutting and sewing the sweatband together...
