All of you and your great outfits are making me think that my summer wardrobe is really insufficient.

Don´t you think that jacket is too short? I have several jackets of similar length and I don´t want to wear them unless I have a blessing from the FL :) Nevertheless, it looks good...
You mean I should give up an absolute order in everything I do? That would ruin my world! lol It´s even worse than number of cutlery not corresponding to number of courses!
(of course I´m more flexible, but the map is great for the general idea. There´s nothing worse than the "so what are we...
Seems like dating life becomes a real issue of the month here :)
And yes, I must join the club of socially awkward loungers. I never cared about it, but since my friend, who is basically the same person as I am, just in a smaller and a bit less arrogant package, found himself in a situation...

I would definitely forget the idea of blue suit with metal buttons - blue jacket with "golden" buttons is blazer and it shall only be worn with grey trousers, which seems to me too informal for a wedding. Maybe a full vintage royal navy uniform, but I don´t think it´s appropriate...
The new Star Trek movie... I was a huge trekkie as a kid and I was amazed and a bit frightened by how much I still know about it, but this movie... I liked only the scenes from the Earth.
The temeperatures are going up and down like crazy, so I wore nothing particularly interesting in the past few weeks, but at least two interesting photos:
From Deutsches Museum, Munich:
And the other is from my boss´s wedding, where I was a part of the organisation team:
Today, I was magically dragged to one of the few shops in Prague where they sell older suits (mostly 70´s). I came in and what did I see?
This:
Being made of wool-polyesther blend, most of you would probably loathe it, but since there is a very limited choice and it cost only about 18...
Well, that way of holding a fork is the only right way :)
One question: I heard scary stories about american way of eating. I heard that they somewhere eat with fork only in right hand. They cut the meal with the fork in their left hand, then they put it in their right hand and put it in...
I was taught the basic table manners as a kid, mostly by my grandparents. Not to lick a knife, not to talk with full mouth, not to sing at the table, not to chew with open mouth etc.
It was about a month ago, a few days after my 20th birthday, when my aunt from Canada, who really is a master...
And why not? At least it looks respectable (for me). Plus, it takes some courage to have hair like that.
edit: as for the center-part, Roehm is not really the first guy who comes to my mind.
I´d think of Manfred von Richthofen...
Comeback of a quality hat is probably as far as we can imagine. People are not prepared to pay that kind of money. They can go to Marks & Spencer and buy some generic hat (sometimes quite nice) at about 40 bucks. They don´t know that it´s a wool felt and that if it gets wet, they can throw it...
I agree with the toga idea, sounds fun!
Seriously, this is one of the occassions when I´m really glad I´m only vintage inspired. For me, it would be probably white linen suit and maybe a green shirt, I´d even consider wearing a modern tie (maybe a grey and green stripes, sounds horrible, but...
My mother used cloth diapers on me, because there were no other available. They had to be washed, but that´s all. I grew up just fine :) Babies need some dirt around.
Marc, you did it again, you made me want something that I can´t afford even on lease. Their spring/summer catalog 2009 contains at least four suits I need urgently.
So tommorow´s scheduel is clear - I must visit their shop in Prague and at least try these suits.
(I can imagine their faces...
I wear a suit 80% of all time. My wardrobe can finally provide me enough combinations for each day of a year, so why not?
When I started going to the college last October, I made a decision to dress up to school each day. Since then, my new classmates saw me without suit only about two times...
