    Part of the Thurston custom process is that they send you a fit jacket to try. This can actually simplify the fit process if you aren't going to Scotland to get measured. They also have dedicated production slots in Aero so production might be slightly faster.

    I was at their Covent Garden store last November. Very friendly people. Tweed suits appear to be of good material but I ended up buying something other than suits/clothing. Got a waxed canvas bag as a gym bag. Quality is superb.

    If you are slim, I think the frame of the board racer is a better choice because the cafe racer (though having a tapering effect) can be quite boxy around the shoulders. I had this advice from fellow loungers and found it to be very true as I have personally tried out both cafe and board racers...

    I've actually had it since the first week of August and have worn it on or off. I feel it's starting to mould over my body. Not sure if you can see in the photo but it's more moulded as compared to when it first arrived in a box. The drape of goat is indeed excellent.

    One would certainly mistake this with a buco j100 or a board racer considering the additional length and that the zippers end higher.

    One more photo, I really like the vibrancy of the russet juxtaposed with the olive stitching. Am a sucker for green and green related colours.

    Hand held heat packs make a difference too. I think sometimes its not so much of the cold per se but the wind chill as well. Leather is good at blocking the wind but there may be more modern options.
