In their website they say that they are made at their original factory in Wollaston. Guess which brand is manufactured there!
Btw, I don't remember my early 90's pair to be made of this leather, mine was dyed through black. Let us know how this develops, seems interesting.

Yes, it’s not their signature super shiny leather but something they call „Quilon“ leather. I won’t repeat how they market it, as it’s not telling at all.

They use leather with undyed edges for all their MIE boots to visually set the, apart from the Indo made line. Of course, with the classic boots this is only visible at the shaft.

I will see how it goes with them. They do fit well (always a gamble with loafers) and feel good, so right now I a, pretty pleased.

After a nice clean and conditioner, the mink oil was the last step for this cafe racer boots!

I spy Dalton! I got to day, love mine. Got mine soft and darker also! But it's brightening again.

Received the White's 350C Roughout's today. Very comfortable boots and appear to be nicely broken in. Really a treat for the feet!

Ive owned several pairs of Trickers but they done fit my low volume feet very well. The facings touch when I lace them.

I also have small feet. With this pair I use gel heel inserts as the sole felt a bit too hard. Give them a try, I think it might help you with the facings.

Yes, standart black Iron Rangers.
The shine is a mix of my cobblers effort and maybe some filter functions of my Phone… But mostly cobblers work as he already did on my other IR custom project.
