Long time lurker; first time poster.

Lewis Leathers Memphis No.723. Just wearing it around the house until I've got some place to go that isn't work.

I couldn't wait for MTO but my last jacket has squeezed itself into retirement by squeezing me out of it. I think the measurements are good on this size 40 though it's a little stiff and what better way to start the season than with a new jacket!

When the weather fairs better I'm sure it'll work itself out on the bike after some kilometers. I'm itchin'.

Such a great model! Couldn’t fit any better too.

For me this beats every other leather I’ve owned or handled. Even the famed Shinki. If you find an old Vanson in CW that looks like this, there is no hesitation

Love it. But still not the sexiest to me haha. I don’t actually have a favorite though. I don’t particularly like Shinki either. I just love a good vintage jacket. And other than chrome and veg we won’t ever know how some of them were made. Some are missing tags and you don’t necessarily know if it’s horse or cow. You can make educated guesses. But something about those classics is just unbeatable. Don’t get me wrong vanson and old CW is amazing. I love that it’s heavy and thick but so wearable. One of my favorites ever was a 90s C2 I owned.

Finished this one yesterday. Found an odd lot of veg tan russet cow, but not quite enough to do a full jacket, so I threw in some dark brown for a two tone. Gonna need some break in to tame..
