Hercules HH. On a HEB run for the off-duty supervisor. Nice, long list which will require I putter up and down pretty much every damn aisle.

One of many costume changes today. New to me GW Hercules Black Horween Mustang, exact same size as my brown one, but more broken in as the brown one has been in storage for a couple of years.

Jonesy Wear is still open for business.

The Cat approves.

Do vests count ?
Today I'm wearing my " modern Chalis vest " from C& C Sutlery.
It's basically a copy of the Filson, but it's a wool vest made to order in the US for $80.
I'm sure it's not as good as the filson, but I quite like it.
I have the Filson vests. They feel thinner than they're advertised, or compared to my cruisers. I went to check out C&C website, but international shipping is expensive. Good stuff. That's very good value for Made in USA.

I wish they had outfitted the Californian with that sleeve config. These seem more full as do the armholes (that's my only gripe with my ELMC). The hide is superb. Your jacket looks outstanding!
I can't imagine you in a size 44 of these, Tony. Sleeves are borderline for me and you spend much more time in the gym than me:D upward movement is great Thanks to the "footballs" but upper back and sleeves feel slightly restrictive Even on me. A year ago I wouldn't fit in this at all.

The leather is awesome with great weight and grain. It's a really cool design that I've lusted after for some time.

All fears about current comp weight can be put to bed. I love this hide. It’s thick, stiff and smells just like Vanson comp weight should. Much better than the rubbery stuff I got from TB as a fit jacket a few years back. I’m eagerly awaiting my 42” but I may well keep them both. This one fits tight but I can absolutely wear it. I’m down about 10lbs after nearly cutting off a finger and losing grip on my (thankfully) left hand. Needs to be broken in. Best $250 I ever spent. Thanks @jglf !

Kapital Century Denim Westerner - No. 5S... this is the craziest denim jacket I've ever owned. IDK, there was something about it's unorthodox fab, yet traditional design, that I was just drawn to! Picked it up at Standard & Strange Oakland. BTW, for you New Yorkers, S&S just announced, they're opening a NYC location. As most of you know, S&S is one of the of the best shops for cool leather and denim jackets, it's a luxury to actually visit their shop for try-ons, before you pull the triggers!
