Thank's Alan. I'm not sure if I will ever be able to go back to having a car that is not a convertible. The only downside is anxiety about hats being ripped from my head by the wind.

It's been so long since I've had a ride in a convertible... but I remember riding with my brother in the back of my folks 1960 Ford T-Bird with the top down on the way to Jones Beach. We had to sit on the floor to keep from flying out of the car. Before seatbelts. Helluva car in the front seat though.

Yeah... Back seat gets a little crazy. The seat belts keep everyone in, but buffeting from the wind can be maddening. Ear plugs (or earbuds) are helpful. Happily, I'm usually the driver so I avoid the problem. My 14 year old son is the unlucky victim most of the time.

I can't post anything directly anymore. no idea why. I have to make some kind of change in photobucket or it won't post. Wish I could help. I simply found a workaround.
