Bacon! Now we are talking!
I used the applewood smoked bacon, and the smoke flavor is incredible!
It made the tacos REALLY good.
One taco had Tapatio hot sauce, the other 2 had a taco dressing on them, from Panchos restaurant (a restaurant started in West Memphis Arkansas in 1956).
The dressing...
1/2 cup prepared mustard
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 salad oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
4 green onions, chopped
It's really good with corn shells, but I'm not a fan with flour tortillas.

Orange chicken and chow mein. Indian curry gosht sounded awesome but we spent all day off the hill for gun and grocery shopping and doctor's appointments.
After two vaccinations and 7 vials of blood drawn plus two no medicines, we decided not to cook.

Sounds fine but I dunno about the dressing......

The dressing has a really good taste.
Sort of a tangy mustard taste, but not too strong.
For a guy that hates mustard, I have to say this has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid.

I take it you have some deep-seated aversion to pasties? Perhaps stemming from a traumatic experience buried deep in your subconscious which happened during early childhood?

...this is probably a bad time to mention that I also like mustard...

There is never a bad time to admit or rather mention that you are a fan of mustard.
:D
