Fajitas with beef, chicken, onions, and bell peppers. The prep time wasn't too bad, and using the wok sped things up quite a bit.
Ok, Going faster....
Just wanted to brag on my son. He's an 8th grader and is normally home before my wife or I get home. He cooks supper most nights. Friday night he took my wife's lasagna recipe and nailed it. It was really great.
The Prime Rib was great, we held dinner as long as we could. What happened? Did your Mach 1 run out of gas, have a flat, or did you hit a speed trap?
Wow! Just wait til he learns to select the matching wine!
Great day for the Sun Oven (www.sunoven.com), so I cooked this up. It's 4 layers. From the top down, button mushrooms, leeks, red peppers, tofu cutlets. Drizzle of miso and spices over all. To be served over basmati rice, with side salad and a tasty Pinot noir.
Ate out. Had Curry Chicken from the local Chinese restaurant. Mmmm mmmmm good!
Now that sounds like some good eats!
