Leftover Spanish rice with scrambled eggs and bacon, wrapped up in a tortilla and covered in homemade green chile sauce. Black coffee and a glass of lemonade to accompany.

Not yet time to make it yet, but we have this one all planned out.....
Ground sausage....eggs (sunny side up of course...) rye toast....blue berry waffles with real maple syrup from Canada....(they make it better there for some reason)... small bowl of Oatmeal with some thin slices of banana on top, brown sugar and cream (no milk on this just the real cream), blender of both strawberry and banana with a few ice cubes and hit at the super sonic speed on the blender to really make it smooth and liquidy......and last but not least....coffee (black) special blend we make from folgers and french vanilla flavored......

There will be no extra movement around our house tomorrow morning after this breakfast....lol!

Scrambled eggs with portobello mushrooms, fresh garlic, and onions sauteed in leftover bacon grease, topped with Parmesan and feta cheese.
This would have been delicious with a crusty baguette, but it was fine with flour tortillas too, since that's what we had on hand.
