D'Aquino dark blue today! Made the crown more to my liking. A higher center dent. The felt was easy to work with. I think it's Fepsa felt, because D'Anquino is from Portugal
TREMENDOUSSeveral things about this 'un got my attention. OPS Era Royal DeLuxe. The slightly longer nap of the felt, the use of a pug rather than a grossgrain ribbon hatband and last but not least was the liner ! Until this one came along I had never seen a Stetson with this liner. Best of all, it was my size !!

Gorgeous hat.I find myself reaching for this Disney hat more and more. Love the straight sided tall crown, the 2” ribbon, the 2 3/8 brim, and it’s a heavier, thicker felt than a lot of my other hats from the similar era. And it’s got some signs of wear, so I don’t feel like I have to baby it, lol View attachment 807892 View attachment 807893 View attachment 807894 View attachment 807895 View attachment 807896 View attachment 807897
Thank you Steve! Now that is quite something nice and special, Joe.
Love the colour, ribbon and bow treatment, and its overall features.
Looks great on you too!
Sir, I did not expect you had any competition in the UK for best hat. If there is another winner, we expect photographic evidence.View attachment 808039

The Susquehana gets another outing. It's a colour that just compliments any attire.
It will be going up against some very good hats in the best hat competition. I shall report back tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend, everyone.

Thank you, Robert. Who are we to argue with our spouses' tastes? They chose us after all.Tina says that the Borsalino tops out your attire so well that it wins it.
I say what Tina says, I have been married long enough to know what diplomacy means!
Thank you very much, Mark.Ahhhhh, the joys of Sunday. Another lovely selection, Stefan. For me, it's the Berteil Castor as #1, the Panizza Grafite as #2, and the Stetson as #3. And all four of the ties you're showing this week are MUCH to be admired! Thanks, as always!
The Barbisio Titan had me until I got to the Muschio. Wow!The hats of the week again, because it's Sunday.
