Dog soiree in a Cordova cap.

Breakfast on the deck in a different cap. This enables the sweat on the morning cap to dry out from my sweaty efforts.

Listening to a continuing education podcast while out for a walk. I was edified wearing a Stetson De Luxe Stratoliner.

Be safe, be strong and see you on the street soon, Eric -
Excellent choices once again, Eric. You make me feel guilty for not finding my box of flat caps.

Nice Lord's hat, Michael. You get my vote for best dressed of the week!

I think a good day to stay indoors. And take a first taste of the cold smoked bacon I finished last week.

Homburgs are a lot more versatile than people think, Tim, yours looks great!

Bowlers and homburgs and Lord's hats, what a grand parade today!

Greetings All:
Today....stormy Mondays always get me down...but not out. I ventured out into the storm armed with all weapons against virions and ne’er-do-wells for a personal necessity. I violated my daughter’s decree and felt more guilty then when, at age 14, i used to steal my Mom’s 64 Mustang and joy ride.
I armed my head with a fine Knox Twenty, lovely felt and a fine custom edge. I’ll prob get busted for this venture too!
Be well and safe and don’t get busted.
Bowen

Intrepidly heading out to hang some more doors driving into the tentacles of a lightning storm wearing my trusty and pristine Stetson straw. I’m fearless.

I hope you aren't toting doors in an Intrepid. :)

I always manage to knock my hat off hanging doors --- beween the door in one hand and nailer in the other, bending over to fit shims, the door swinging before the hinge side is plumb ... actually, its rare to hump a door down a hall and up stairs without knocking my hat off before ever getting to the R/O.

Happy Easter to all! Dressed up long enough to get into the spring spirit. Yes, a straw boater, in defiance of the Hat Police. It is about as rebellious as one can be in these times. The boater is pre-1947, probably WWII vintage. It is made by Pedigree for a men's shop in Washington. Dating comes from the store locations in the ribbon logo. New white double breasted jacket and a Jerry Garcia tie. Allen Edmonds tassel loafers, Bridgeton model. Now, back into my sweats and dirty t-shirt...

You had it good, Bowen. I had to steal a VW square back station wagon. Push it into the street, face downhill, jump in and drop the clutch two houses down, the come home the other way, kill the engine at the top of the hill and coast into the garage.
Unhooking the speedometer cable first was the key to not getting caught ... that and looking mystified when Mom said it wasnt working again.
Great 20!
