Windy, cold, soon to be very rainy. So starting the day with a bright hat before the change to wet weather gear. Stetson 3X out of the '50s I guess.

And a little Harris Tweed,

What a great hat. Thank you for sharing. As always, the ensemble is top notch and all matches your style. V-neck sweater, raw denim, Harris Tweed sports coat, Red Wing boots(?), and a 60-70 year old Stetson. Wow!
I would have thought that a hat that light would not mesh well, but seeing it on you it's very nice indeed. I love the look of cream and Silverbelly hats, but I'm usually reluctant to wear them.

Nice, we all need a beater. Of course the "beaters" that @Short Balding Guy wears are show pieces, even when clearing brush. Interior shots of the liner would be appreciated. I kind of like these jobber hats, they tell an interesting story of hatmaking in the 50s/early 60s.

I don't think this hat is that old:

Looks great Jim. Your vocabulary makes me think of @mmbarnes! I think I'll wear a homburg today...

Thanks. I've been thinking about Matt a lot lately.

@Frunobulax

Awesome Gannon. He does such a nice job. Speaking of job, hoping it is going swimmingly.

Thanks, he does. And yes, it is. Looks like somebody pulled the trigger on that Dalton yesterday. Good job.

It works for me

Thanks, Samuel. Nice Stetson.
