Wearing my Brooks Brothers fedora. A while back I mentioned that this was one of two from the same seller and the other would someday be reunited with its brother here. And it's finally happening. Hopefully only a few days before it's on my doorstep...

You're learning loads about lids, Lad!! That's a shark's gill bow. I pulled out a modern box bow today, for you to see. Post tomorrow!
And the "Like Hell It's Yours" cards were pretty standard, and are still used today by some of the custom hatters, like Mr. Fawcett.

Mike Miller from NW Hats also has a "Like Hell It's Yours" card for his customs. I sure would like to track down some "real" ones, vintage from the 40s. Wouldn't that be cool. Even a modern copy would be good.

Thanks. This was my daily wear hat for over two years. The great thing is no dirt and no sweat stains. Just dust, and a quick brushing fixes that.
