The sun came out today, after weeks of mostly overcast skies here in the 707, so today is a Panama day. My one and only Panama, a basic Homero Ortega.

It was kinda squashed when I found it last week, not sure what the original form was, but I managed to straighten it out and shaped it into a fedora. I am beginning to really like the lightness of it, so long as it stays on my head.

I'm hatless today. Doing some traveling and didn't want to risk a crammed hat in a crammed aircraft cabin. Thanks to Philly area weather, it looks like a trip that takes 9 hrs by car will take me 16 hrs by plane. I've been admiring a host of great hats on this thread to pass the time. That was part of my logic in not taking a hat. If I have one hat, I can always wear it. Didn't want to risk transporting two hats on one head.

Great smiles; SUPER hats over the last day or two. I've actually been busy making a living for the last couple, but the incredible hat display and new faces are all spectacular to see!! Today's mystery begs the question, how does Perry's tie wave as it scrolls down the page?!

Wide ribbon Wednesday also was WET wibbon Wednesday... by the Whododendwons. Whew!
