Fantastic hats today, gentlemen!! I'll be finished with my book project in a week or so, and will have more time to peruse and be wowed and comment!

Drizzly here today, so the Akubra Stylemaster.

Enzo – As usual, awesome hat with an awesome background. Only the crocuses are popping out here right now.

Strapped – Beautiful pug on that one.

Fruno – Nice lid. Gotta have ‘em on those rainy days. Like here, today.

NYC – AWESOME. I love the Stylemaster. But I want a vintage one and there just aren’t that many around. I WILL get one, I WILL get one… (continue chant incessantly). And you wear it as well as your caps. Nicely done.

For me, my ‘40’s Belamey.

Bruno, that's how much of a noob I am, I'd never even heard of Belamey or seen it mentioned here before. That's a knockout.

Miami, your photos always bring a smile to my face. Always looking like you're in a movie set! But you're right and I agree with the spirit of what you're saying. I'm through buying retail felt hats. The Akubras have me covered for rainy days. But from here on out it's vintage and custom felt for me. I learned that after spending a lot of $$ and time in hat shops. The few vintage and custom felts I have are SO much better than retail in many ways. And I haven't even scratched the surface yet!
