Tomorrow is going to be a long day for me, so we extended our good day into the evening, by going with my mom and niece to a local fair.

There was an OK car show.

They had the regular games

and food.

It being a Thursday, there weren't many people there,

but that made for short lines.

Again, it was a good day.

Clown entertainers. Ball caps were their headgear of choice.

Besides my daughter, some nephews attended, Ainhoa, Paula and Sergi...

Not the safer environment for a panama, so I wore a cheap straw. This is actually a giveaway hat sponsored by a popular beer brand, Estrella Dorada, which lots of people are wearing in the festivals. "Sants" is the name of the district.

Laura "took a ride" on a police motorcycle - the beret is the model used in certain classes of uniform, including motorcycle riders (when not actually riding).

Still wearing my late 1960's Adam that I received two days ago. I love this hat. Its my first 2 inch bound brim. Most of my other bound brims are at least 2 1/8 - 2 1/2. The felt is extreamly soft and comfortable, and the light blue edging gives the steel gray felt a little "pop" in the sunlight.
