There is also a thread about upcoming events and get togethers amongst and I can sorta form an idea of where might be a nice locale for a lounge gathering from the posting here:

I live in the north part of France in a region called Picardy, in a small town near Amiens about 70 miles north of Paris. I'm an ex-pat from the U.S. who has been here for almost ten years. This snow is exceptional, it usually just rains all winter lol . Where did you live?
As for a Lounge gathering here, I think it would be magnifique!
