Wearing two hats I didn't want to risk damage to by stacking them.
My new-to-me BB, and Moon's 1930s Stetson No. 1.
What year is yours from, Bowen?[

Here is the before pic.Spending the evening on the back porch with a couple friends. Wife still away on her cruise so indulging some guilty pleasures and just finished rebashing an old resistol westerner into a mini-gus. View attachment 127529

All this talk about Gusses caused me to want to read Lonesome Dove again on the plane. I don't understand why some people prefer to read a paper book. Thousands of books fit in the palm of my hand with a smartphone.Spending the evening on the back porch with a couple friends. Patients pays off. That’s outstanding. My new Brent Black. The weave is really small, tighter than my Optimo, yet it cost me about 1/7 on ebay

The true definition of "carry on". It is interesting that E.F. Fox had his last name imprinted instead of just the three initials.Wearing two hats I didn't want to risk damage to by stacking them.

You both look good!Me and the girls are headed to the farm to meet the well repair ladies in the morning. Good thing I’ve saved all that money with my recent hat purchases (yeah...I can rationalize with the best of ‘em). Wearing a Stevens Panama.
I'm learning more and more about these western creases. I like this one.Spending the evening on the back porch with a couple friends. Wife still away on her cruise so indulging some guilty pleasures and just finished rebashing an old resistol westerner into a mini-gus. View attachment 127529
I really love this one Eric. The ribbon treatment is just too cool!I completed chores this morning in a Champ Lightweight. Excellent hat for my efforts.
Best, Eric -
I really like the band on that one. Perfect look.
Off to the dentist this morning in a stingy felt. Late 1950s Borsalino Export Qualitat in Mirtillo (Blueberry). Pity the liner has suffered from the hairstyle products of the era. Super nice quality.
