That's so cool. Just a wicked western...
Agreed!
Classic! Cool crease.
still ****, you still got two of those?
That Borsalino has a wide brim 3 inch?Unsure about today, but yesterday I was wearing my first borsalino ever. I paid full retail for it then, which I never again did after that. I'm trying to figure out if I will sell it, because it's not a style I would buy today, or hold on to it for sentimental reasons. It never gets worn these days.
Happy Easter everybody.

Clean as the Board of Health, Red!Happy Easter to all. Today's Easter Bonnet is the Bone Lord's Hat for it's first church lady approval run (a big hit!). I thought I would try this color with a navy jacket to match the boxcar ribbon treatment. I think the cream tones of Bone go well with the blue. Probably not so much with a grey suit. This hat is a joy to wear, crisp and firm feeling, soft as a bunny's behind.

Super Stetson Tuk, love the color. The innards look to be in great shape.
Great finish and snap!
Akubra Squatter today.
Thanks, for a late 50s hat, the finish is really fine, light and clay like.Like the back bow Mike. The felt looks smooth.
That hat is amazing. Love seeing it.
This slim brim Cav is a sweet one. I call my my "Rat Pack" hat. It has been neglected with all the Europeans of late. Best felt, that is why Sinatra wore them.Hey people!
The Jazz Man Cavanagh gets soggy on a rainy walk to and from the dentist.
Have a great day!

As I can't operate a sewing machine, I had to replace the binding by hand.

Today it’s not a Stetson ha, it’s a Dobbs Forty. I thought i knew what “molds like clay” meant until i got one of these, then i knew. A lovely 70+ year young time capsule, to be sure. Thank you Tim of Alley Kat for custody of this wonderful felted art.
As always appreciation for recent kind words.
Be well. Bowen
