Looks like I've missed some great stuff this week - I've been working at a trade show in Las Vegas. I took just one of my Cordova caps and very few wearing opportunities.

Back in Ft Worth, things have cooled off to the high 70's. Perfect for this lightweight Borsalino

I'm feeling a little _too_ well "outfitted" for woodcutting this morning, with a Pendelton shirt, Eddie Bauer bomber, Whites boots and a custom Hat Store (Houston Texas) 7x with my proprietary "Shasta Peaks" crease.

All but the boots are thrift store or second hand purchases, but I still feel a bit self conscious. I think my attorney attire is often worth less on the whole, even with the Allen Edmonds shoes. No way I dressed like this when I was a logger, but it sure does feel good to have the right gear, hat included.

I'm laughing here at the acrobatics required to get the hat, shirt, jacket & boots all in one photo [emoji38]

Another Stagecoach conversion. No choice on this one. The brim was broken so I had to cut it down, 2 3/8. Inspired by Depp's Dillinger hat....tall crown with a Center Dent and an 1 3/4 Burgundy colored ribbon...
