Big Man, I never knew L.L. Bean had something so good! ...

I used to wear L.L. Bean's "Moose River" hats all the time back in the 1970s and into the 1980s. I hadn't had one in years, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hat when I got this one a couple months ago. It's not exactly the same hat as the old ones were, but it is nice. I don't know who made the old hats, but the new ones carry the Stetson label.

Thanks. It's taken some getting used to, as I've liked a wide ribbon hat for a long time now.
