Good windy afternoon Gents! You guys look great! A real nice collection of lids here today!

hatsRme, nice Mallory!
Andy, You know who you remind me of? Peter Lorre's character from the "Maltese Falcon"! Buddy, you're a dead ringer for him! ;) I like that Black Cherry! Nice!
hatophile, Nice Borso! I like that one!
casechopper, hmmm...the Derby actually looks good on you.
Sir RBH, Now that's a classy looking outfit! Very nice!
Che, That's a good looking Resistol! I like that one!
Alan, I like the cap.
Justin, Now there's a real oldie but goodie! That's nice! I like it!

On this windy afternoon from Central Ohio I'm wearing a 4X Open Road (1980s vintage)?...I reshaped this one again and put a dark brown mid-ribbon on it. I have to say, I like the earlier vintage ORs better though. While it looks a little better with the brown ribbon, I'm still not very partial to this hat....

I like what you did with that one Terry, but I have to agree with you, I'm much more partial to the earlier ORs.

I never realized how much of a difference there was to the attention given to details until I got a more recent vintage and compared it to the earlier vintages...the earlier ones are just far far better.

Great hats today, everyone.

Well, since it's Pi Day (and because for some reason I seem to have left the Dobbs at the office) it has to be the Piecrust cap from Mr. Cordova

But... you LEFT your hat at the office?!?!?!? Better catch up on your sleep this weekend.

Inspired by Tom Branson's (DA) post-chauffeur headgear, encouraged by Richard's advice to stick around here, and positively egged on (unbeknownst to him) by Alan's Homburg collection, I picked up this Stetson St. Regis on ebay about a week ago. When it arrived the center dent was several degrees off from center, so I had to re-steam the dent and side pinches, but I love this hat.

Great look for you! Hope you enjoy this place.

David, fine looking Cordova pie crust. I am excited to have a Cordova cap in the oven too... my first custom hat.
