Takes years and many hats to perfect. I can only aspire to Eric's style.

Thank you, Ed!

Thanks to all for the comments yesterday!

dh66 you have some fantastic Milans, my man. But WHO were those guys in the photo yesterday? (Am I showing my age?)

Teach that CRM looks great either way... a mood-changing feature.

JLee that Blue Dobbs is amazing. Truly a crowning piece to your collection.

Steve your Nagy Wien is SPECTACULAR. Amazing hat, condition!

ManO'Kent there was actually another eye-popping "Wine-colored" Stetson (?) on the bay this week... I wanted it badly, but alas, the size.

Jeff your stylized photos are phantastic! Love the soft bowler, and thans for foreshadowing the snow!

Alan thanks for posting photos from the ol' boys network. Great shot. Terrific hats! Miss that guy.

Andy you NAILED it! Anasazi Thurzdi it IS! SUCH a gorgeous hat.

Ink blue Dobbs homburg yesterday with a gorgeous plum ribbon. Went for drinks with a client last night and some girl asked me if I was Amish. :) She also asked, "What's up with the hat? Do you like it?" She had too much to drink and her perfume was terrible. I told her, "Of course I like it. Why else would I be wearing it?" in a very kind way.

Maybe I should have told her that the guys on The Fedora Lounge forced me to wear it. [huh]

Sweet homburg Dobbs A'n'A. It's been my experience that hats can draw out awkward behaviour from drunk chicks.
Hats-r-Me that's a superb VS. The gents in the funny red hats are Devo, back in the early 80s they had somewhat of a hit with a song called "whip-it". Thought about posting the video, but since so many-like myself- hit this thread with their phone I figured I'd not take it that far

Another fantastic morning all around, and thanks to all who commented on the Stephen Stetson.

Jared, yesterday's hat looks really fantastic.
Richard The Red! I like it. There have been a few in that range of color around here that really shine. Yours is one of them, and you wear it well.
David, This is a great Borsalino!
HatsRMe, your Mojave is stunning, especially next to the colorful flora. They say around here we have two seasons: winter and August...

I'm wearing my Buckaroo Hatters bunny fur Sahara today.

"No, I hate it! Wearing it on my head is the only way to keep the darn thing out of sight." lol

It's a true beauty, AnA! ;)

Historyteach24: Did you win the gray 7 1/4 Borsa like David's (with hidden binding stitches on top of the brim) on The Bay lately? If so, it's a gorgeous hat you're waiting for - and from a great seller.

Andy: As always very beautiful and inspiring photos of hat and native jewlery. Thanks for sharing.

Charlie: WoW! That bush must drain a h*ll lot of Watts, when lit! Wonderful photos, and nice to see you're able to post images again ;)

The weather has finally cooled, at least for a while. Vintage silver belly OR/Strat today. It has neither "Open Road" nor "Stratoliner" anywhere on it, but since I'm wearing it in fedora configuration, it could go either way.

Fantastic photos today, sharp hat's and Caps my Friends! Thumbs up to all!!

I'll dwink to that! ;)

You guys have the day documented before I pour my coffee. Always a great way to start my day.

David that Borso shares some color chops with your early lightweight Stratoliner, no? Very nice!

Embarrassing. Guess I missed a lot of that decade... Of course, knew the song, their name, but never needed to put the two together. Nor was I aware of the unmistakable Power Domes. I need one NOW. I'm a pop culture failure (of those decades, at least).

Delectable Dobbs, A&A.... and bad perfume is usually an indicator of OTHER problems. Glad you got out of there!

JHE888 that's a great cap, sir, best worn with that beaming smile!

Jeff that Buckaroo Bunny's a beaut! Again, great styled photo, exuding a Chris Gaines vibe!

Alan today's super selection of a Stetson Select is stratospherically stellar. A magnificent hat!

Thank you Ole (and thank you Andy). From the sweatband LOTXXXX (5667) number and the size sticker, a window of a few years on either side of 1930 would be about right.
