With a late lunch/early dinner of some Mexican Tamales & enchalidas I had several Dos Equis Ambers with lime & salt on the rim of the schooner.

Next batch done. Left all seeds & ribs in jalapeños when roasting over mesquite. Hubby tried it earlier & he started hiccuping from the spice! I guess these peppers were on the hotter side. But.... when it was used in a margarita it was excellent. Made his tongue tingly with the heat & he loved it!
