I gave up lutefisk. Seems like it has flown by this year.

Lutefish: made from aged stockfish (air-dried whitefish) or dried/salted whitefish (klippfisk) and lye (lut). It is gelatinous in texture. Its name literally means "lye fish".

So now you have to go back to old, salted whitefish that has an appearance like fish jello. I bet you can't wait for lent to come around again.
