Ah, it's 1997's The Shining.

The song is Masquerade my Jack Hylton Orchestra 1932. Done sounding more like a Glenn Miller Orchestra arrangement for the miniseries your clip is from. The original film used the original version, apparently.

It's been a while since this but I was wrong. I'm thinking the song CDot posted was Midnight, The Stars and You. The original is 1934, Ray Noble Orch. You can find it on YT and hear for yourself.
