Was this Stetson Imperial Fedora made in Canada and what is its age?

I recently acquitred this Stetson Fedora. I'm curious to know it's approximate age, where it was made and if it was made by Stetson or Hatco. I discovered this:

This makes me wonder if this is a Canadian Stetson, perhaps made between 1994 and 2012. Does anyone have any further insight that could help me determine its age and origin?

This is a Hatco hat, unless H. Moore moonlights in Canada. That person has inspected more than one of my modern Stetsons. Sovereign and Imperial were taken out of the lineup around the 150th anniversary IIRC.
