Does anyone know who made this VMF-224 patch on this Schott 574?

Bit of a long shot but here are the details:

- VMF-224 Fighting Bengal's patch.
- More than likely made in 2015.
- Dimensions are 5" tall and 4.5" wide.
- Schott says they outsource their patches but couldn't find any info on a supplier.

I'm trying to get to the bottom of a mysterious Schott jacket i have and thought if i can track down who made this patch it could shed some light on it. The jacket is from 2015 and it appears the patch was factory applied. As i can't find a single suspicious stitch I'm assuming the patch was made no later than 2015. The jacket itself appears to be some kind of one off sample so the patch was probably a one off order.

The closest match i can find is by popularpatch.com, embroidery row angle and row count seems to be the same. They have been in business from 2012 onwards but unfortunately they don't have records from 2015 so they couldn't say if they have supplied Schott. It's still on their website but currently out of production. Here is the link to their patch https://popularpatch.com/vmf-224-fi...g52AEhkYHYhKC6MOw8GekblyNYRcH8vSFF99_X9vfoYui

From what I've seen there wasn't that many places you could go in 2015 if you wanted this patch. While it doesn't seem to be a completely obscure patch it also doesn't appear to be common. Any ideas?
